- Incoming IC FIT. 1. Treat every pt like ur fam 2. Meet the pt prior to the procedure 3. Know the pts history 4. Never blame the lab staff 5. If u don’t know ask 6. Scrub as many cases as possible 7. It’s ok to be scared during cases 8. Always follow up on pts. Goodluck!!!
