Knowing what to do before temperatures rise can make all the difference. Stay informed with updates from @NWSBirmingham, Calhoun County EMA, and trusted media sources. Recognize the signs of heat-related illness, and check on those who may be most vulnerable during extreme heat.

Calhoun County's risk of flooding continues today and extends through tomorrow. Water over the road? Don't take the chance. Turn around, don't drown! Floodwaters are often deeper than they appear and can quickly become dangerous. Never drive around barricades!
