This is problematic. Sydney Sweeney’s jeans adverts and photos shouldn’t be celebrated, and we shouldn’t be cheering her on. This is harmful to women and young girls, who now have an unreal expectation forced upon them that it’s ok to wear double denim and not be laughed at.
