Last Night, Trooper Clay Carns from the @ILStatePolice lost his life when he was struck by a vehicle while removing debris from the roadway. He leaves behind a wife and 2 kids right before Christmas. Please pray for Trooper Carns and his family. Rest in Peace Brother.
