Beware of Rolex watches arriving from Hong Kong. CBP officers in Indianapolis seized 4 brand new Rolex,1 brand new Patek, & 1 brand new Audemars watches hidden in bubble wrap and the empty boxes for them for trademark violation. Rolex watches are from Switzerland not Hong Kong.

Oh No, me lucky charms. CBP officers in Louisville seized a shipment containing 1,520 counterfeit charms bearing Chanel (650), LV (390), Gucci (300), Dior (120), and Prada (60) trademarks. The shipment from China was heading to Georgia, and if real had a MSRP just shy of $1M.

Indianapolis CBP seized a shipment containing counterfeit Cartier, Chanel, Tiffany, Yves St. Laurent, & L/V Bracelets. The shipment was arriving from Hong Kong heading to a residence in GA. China and Hong Kong are consistently among the top countries for counterfeit seizures.

Snoopy’s nose knows. A traveler from UAE thought lying was a brilliant tactic until Snoopy stepped in. The passenger denied he had mangos. Chicago AG inspected the luggage & found 22 mangos, .5lbs of Curry leaves & .5lbs of unknown leaves. Lesson of the story, don’t lie to CBP!

2 counterfeit Rolex & Audemars Piguet watches were seized by Louisville CBP. The shipment was from Hong Kong heading to PA. Had these been real their MSRP would’ve been $177K. In FY 2025, seizures from China & Hong Kong accounted for approximately 67% of counterfeits seized.

CBP officers in Cincinnati stopped a shipment heading to Spain. The parcel contained 15 counterfeit watches. The package was manifested as costume jewelry. Officers seized 10 Rolex DateJusts & 5 Rolex GMT Master. Had the items been real, the MSRP would have been over $217K.

CBP officers in Indianapolis intercepted a shipment containing counterfeit goods bearing the protected trademarks of LV, Gucci, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Cartier, Hermes, Tiffany & Co, Rolex, & Tory Burch on Monday night. If real these items would have had a MSRP worth $424K.

Cincinnati CBP intercepted 50 designer watches, comingled w/ 100 random watches, for bearing the protected trademarks of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier. & Audemars Piquet. The 100 random watches were sent to their address in CO. The counterfeits had an MSRP of $1.2M if real.

Louisville CBP seized a shipment containing 375 watches. However, these “Children Toy Watches” bore the protected trademark of Audemars Piguet. CBP officers seized the items for infringing on their protected trademark. Had these watches been genuine the MSRP would’ve been $5.4M.

Smoke’em if you got’em. Chicago CBP seized 2,900 cartons of Newport cigarettes. The cigarettes were coming from Taiwan, & were seized for lacking the proper documentation or permits & were prohibited due to health and safety concern. Had these been allowed the MSRP was $502K.

A common smuggler’s scheme was foiled by Cincinnati CBP. Officers stopped a shipment and found, comingled with other items, 7 various Rolex, 2 Patek Philippe, 2 Cartier, 1 Gucci, 3 Casio, and 3 Invicta counterfeit watches. These items, if real, had a MSRP over $515K.

Cincinnati CBP seized 600 pieces of counterfeit designer jewelry. From bracelets to rings to earrings all bearing protected trademarks of LV, Cartier, Chanel, YSL, Hermes, Versace, Dior, Tiffany & Co, Prada, Hello Kitty, Gucci, Fendi, & Tory Burch. If real, the MSRP was $1M.

Indianapolis CBP seized a shipment containing 57 counterfeit Cartier gold Love Bracelets. The jewelry infringed upon registered trademarks, and were from a shipper with an extensive history of shipping counterfeit items. If real, the bracelets would’ve had a MSRP of $419K.

CBP intercepted undeclared bushmeat, fish, & prohibited fruits (soursop, mangoes, corn) from a traveler originating in Liberia. CDC denied entry due to human health concerns. Protecting our nation from dangerous biological threats! #CBP #Biosecurity #PublicHealth #Bushmeat
