In the comic, Chengdu is attacked by the Null Sector, or 归零 in Chinese. 零 also means zero, and “0” is a slang term for “bottom” in Chinese. Many fans are making jokes like “Chengdu, invaded by 归0? Sounds about right.” Chengdu has a large LGBT population in real life.
