Great win for Cortland, Even bigger win for the entire state of NY. New York constantly gets crapped on by outsiders for not having good football. Well, now a team with mostly NY guys are going to the national championship. A big middle finger to a lot of you! #recruitny

I’ve lost 30lbs in the past month & a half after gaining close to 40 when my back was injured last fall. I owe a lot of that to intermittent fasting, walking, cutting out soda/sugary drinks from my life, and dancing to wiggles with my 17 month old son.
