#USAF Lt. Col. Joyce Lin was a pivotal figure in the establishment of the DC3's involvement in the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force. Lin served with DC3's Analytical Group, conducting cyber investigative analysis. Lin is credited with modernizing threat analysis.
