    If the Lakers sign Marc Gasol, I would like them to also sign Pau Gasol - at least for ceremony, so he can retire as a Laker. One of my favorite human beings to come across in my travels.

    Jordan Goodwin is on a two-way (not playoff eligible). The Lakers can convert him to a standard contract before, for the postseason but would need to cut someone first (presumably Cam Reddish). LA can do a two-year deal. He can be on the active roster for 19 total games as a TW

    Before Lakers fans hit me up saying "why do the Lakers just participate in the Dinwiddie deal here without additional compensation?" 1) They might in a small way and 2) Washington came through a couple of years back for LAL to complete the AD deal. Relationships matter

    As far as I can tell, the Lakers have about $9.7 mil in cap space left - though with some creativity, that could climb to $13 mil - depends on a variety of factors we won't know until the deals come through

    I'm not going to endorse this but if there's no better choice off buyout, is there a better free agent fit than Lance Stephenson for the Lakers? Played with Vogel before, played with LeBron before - not a point but has played point. Not a shooter but can shoot
