The Catholic League is a 501(c)(3) and cannot support or oppose any candidate for public office. We will be asking the IRS to revoke the Catholic League's tax exempt status immediately.

Kamala Harris is a passionate defender of abortion rights. Indeed, there is no record of her opposing abortion at any time during gestation or for any reason whatsoever. catholicleague.org/kamala-harris-…

This is a clear violation of the law and we will be asking the IRS to ensure that Pastor Hibbs' church no longer receives the benefits of 501(c)(3) status and that donations made to his church are no longer treated as tax deductible.

Pastor Jack Hibbs used his Sunday service to tell his congregation to "vote for Steve Garvey" in the upcoming CA primary. Then, realizing "it's against the law for me to say that," Hibbs stepped out from behind his pulpit to tell them "as a private citizen" to vote for Garvey.

The word "God" appears 41 times in the Alabama Supreme Court ruling that destroying embryos counts as killing a child. We must protect our secular democracy and take a stand for the separation of church and state while we still can.

Atheism opened up a door To seek the world and so much more No chains of dogma, no heavy weight Just freedom found in thoughts innate No need for fear, no guilt to bear In love and wonder, we find our care So celebrate the gift of choice In every moment, let’s rejoice!

An outrageous memo the United States Office of Personnel Management released yesterday says “during a break, an employee may engage another in polite discussion of why his faith is correct and why the nonadherent should rethink his religious beliefs.”

If your church is telling you who to vote for in an election, report it to the IRS or let us do it for you.

If your church teaches you that Donald Trump is the candidate God wants you to support, find a better church. Or a better religion. Or ditch it altogether.

If you believe "God" has anything to do with you winning your basketball game, something is wrong with you. Coach Staley's statement disrespects all the non-Christian students at the University of South Carolina, including those who may be on her team.

We are not a Christian nation. We are a nation where you are free to be a Christian, or an atheist, or whatever you want. The separation between church and state protects us all and we must work together to protect it, while we still can.

Christian Nationalism is perverting my faith and subverting our democracy. It’s incumbent upon Christians to call out this dangerous ideology. That’s why I spoke at my home church about the threat of Christian Nationalism.
