Founders should launch as much circulating as possible as early as possible
I guess there are some SEC rules that require some sort of grace period, but when that ends, they should just rip the bandaid and disperse the tokens, let the market figure it out

Bitcoin and Ethereum were so successful because earlier buyers were massively rewarded and created a cult like following. How the market operates right now is exactly the inverse
