    Oh boy. Data analysis done for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission indeed found there is a trend of winning sports bettors getting limited and losing sports bettors getting limits raised. The MGC is set to discuss possible regulations today, such as limiting notifications.

    DraftKings CEO Jason Robins spoke at a BofA event Thursday, and was asked about prediction markets. Here's a snippet, in which JR explains why he thinks it's harder for a prediction market to offer what an online sportsbook can. A DK can limit sharps, but a PM can't, he suggests.

    FanDuel-parent Flutter says it got hammered again on the NFL following its Q3 reporting on Nov. 12: "The 2024/2025 NFL season to date has been the most customer friendly since the launch of online sports betting with the highest rate of favorites winning in nearly 20 years."

    Well, this is a new one: DraftKings has launched a sports betting "subscription service" (DraftKings Sportsbook+) for $20/month. A sub offers "Unlimited 'Stepped Up' Boost Tokens" for parlays. Available in NY only for now. h/t @Sportico
