Answer: C ✅ 𝗜𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗛ä𝗻𝗱𝗲. German does not say "my hands" here. It says "the hands, to me." The body part takes the definite article in accusative, while you take dative. Option A is not entirely wrong German, but it's not natural German.

German has a word for a car that was clearly built on a Monday morning. 🇩🇪 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼. 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨 = Monday. 𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘰 = car. A brand new car that keeps breaking down. The joke being that the workers who assembled it were still half asleep after the weekend.
