"We use multiple providers" isn't a risk strategy; it's an incomplete one. 2/3 of Ethereum validators run on just 2 cloud providers. A single client bug in Dec 2025 cost validators $1.1M+ in missed rewards. Real diversification means going deeper than provider count.
