… in pripravila praktično edini uspešen amandma za izključitev t. i. od konca do konca šifriranih komunikacij pri Chat Control, ga spravila skozi glasovanje absolutne večine in o njem danes govorijo vsi, ki štejejo. Pa ne potic. 😋 Vsak pač vlaga energijo v svoje prioritete.

Twisted procedure. Changed votes. Mine never. The forced extension of #ChatControl was a political choice. Protecting children&privacy are not mutually exclusive! I secured one safeguard: exclusion of E2E encrypted communications from the scope. Small victory, but far from over:

Das Gesetzgebungsverfahren der EU besteht aus Rat und Parlament. In der zweiten Lesung, die genau so in den Verträgen steht, muss das Parlament mit absoluter Mehrheit den Ratsstandpunkt verändern. Tatsächlich wird aber so gut wie nichts in zweiter Lesung behandelt. Das ist

Počasi bo treba narediti seznam. Da bomo vedeli, kateri del SDS je komunističen in kateri ni. Današnje glasovanje v Evropskem parlamentu o Chat Controlu bo pri tem najbrž v veliko pomoč. 😉

Great! At least member states showed some sanity. This Cluster 3 debacle from the Commission must be condemned in the strongest terms possible. Serbian authoritarian leadership should not be rewarded for unleashing thugs on students and capturing the state!!
