One issue that we saw w DeFi projects and chains having a kaito LB in the past was projects rewarding yappers. But not checking on their conversion metrics. Basically, they view this as a standard marketing expense. An example of what I mean: yappers who rank high on these LBs

so if you invest 10,000 you get 25% of that unlocked at TGE then 12-months cliff means you will get 37.5% unlocked after 12 months and then linear means that the last 37.5% you will get them unlocked every month in equal tranches for 1 year
