On July 4, CG Otsuki joined the 24th #TuleLake Pilgrimage, expressing his condolences and stamping the #Ireicho, chronicling 125,000+ names of individuals of Japanese descent incarcerated in the US during WWII. We are honored to help preserve the memories of Tule Lake.

On June 25, Deputy Consul General Ishihara joined Mayor Adena Ishii at the Berkeley Familiarization Tour, an event showcasing the city’s #innovation ecosystem. A great chance to learn about emerging #robotics companies and tour Takara Sake’s brewery.

Last week, Consul General Otsuki attended the opening of @chugai_cc’s new US Partnering Office in South San Francisco, which aimed to spark new early-stage academic & biotech partnerships. This is a promising step for US-Japan collaboration.
On June 18, DCG Ishihara welcomed guests at a @USPTO & @NEDO_INFO joint seminar. Experts unpacked trademark protections & policies in Japan & US, highlighting key market differences. The event wrapped up with a panel on the future of trademarks in the AI era.
On June 5, Consul Ando visited Las Vegas to strengthen JP-NV economic ties. After visiting @LasVegas_ACC & @unlv , he joined a kick-off event for the new Japanese Business Circle of Nevada at @KonamiGamingInc. Great to see Japanese businesses building networks in NV!
