I believe it's because Funko don't have the rights to create toys for Marvel, so making them bobbleheads means they are collectibles and not toys which gets around the licensing.
Same with the Star Wars pops that's why they all have bases
i'm thinking they deliberately made this get 0 votes as a marketing strategy, it'll get more vews this way, because i gurantee none of us saw this BEFORE the poll was over
