The “bloated” move lists in Tekken are intrinsically part of what makes the game interesting. Managing your mental stack and striving to be ready for anything. Overloading your opponent’s mental stack. Finding novel ways to apply moves that people consider “useless”. Etc.

I understand there is much to consider. But irritating to see the official statement say “[we] followed the official rules.” If this were the case an “ineligible player” would not have advanced thru 5 rounds of a Master event and sent numerous TWT hopefuls to Losers. Not cool.

Safe charge-able RA is unambiguously one of the worst design decisions in the game. It is completely unintuitive for new players and a burdensome thing for high level players to have to take into consideration. I don’t know why it exists.

Thinking in terms of tiers all the time can be so damn harmful. Somewhere along the line people stopped thinking about “does this character serve MY playstyle? Does this character have tools that I PERSONALLY value?” So many are constantly trying to put the characters on some

Your "main character" is the one who you know the most situations with, who you have the highest level of preparation with, the most match-up knowledge, etc. Building these skills takes a tremendous amount of work. If you can declare a "new main" in a day, it is a a bad sign!
