Jenny went to the car dealership today. They told her they could repair her car but it would take a few days. She asked if they sold the part she needed. They said yes. She bought it, fixed it herself in the parking lot and drove home. I married Wonder Woman.

I don’t think we should immediately shove a camera and a microphone in the face of a 15yo who has just survived a school shooting minutes ago. That’s for ratings not healing. We need their voices but not in the 1st minutes of PTSD. We use victims as props and it’s gross.

Dear @Delta, today, when we landed in Northwest Arkansas, the bags were slow to get loaded into the jetway. The pilot came out and started unloading them himself. (A lot of leaders forget they can carry a bag, too.) It was a great example of teamwork. Thanks for awesome service!
