Hiring is one of the biggest hurdles any growing MSP has to face 😓 Between job posting rates, onboarding costs, and licensing fees, MSP business owners could probably spend over $5,000 (excluding salary) to secure a new technician in 2026. Not to mention the 120-day timeline!
