UPDATE: Edgar Beltran Jr. is in custody in the Webb County, TX jail. Beltran surrendered to the U.S. Border Patrol in Laredo on Tue. His return to Nashville is pending.

This guy is a wanted spray paint vandal. He was caught on camera spraying an attachment on the downtown pedestrian bridge Sat afternoon, and is then suspected of spraying a police vehicle at Nissan Stadium. Know who he is? Plz call 615-742-7463.

David Bullington, 40, was arrested this afternoon on Mesa Drive for an outstanding vandalism warrant for the May 23 spray painting of the pedestrian bridge & a nearby MNPD patrol car. He was identified through Crime Stopper tips. Bullington is jailed on a $5,000 bond.

No foul play is suspected in the death of Brytavious Chambers, 29, also known as Grammy nominated record producer Tay Keith. He was found dead in his Martin St apt this afternoon by officers performing a welfare check. His death is unclassified pending autopsy results.
