🚨Injury Crash - Clay County🚨 SB I-35 at the 27.8 MM is closed due to a single rollover semi crash blocking all lanes. Traffic is being diverted at MO-PP. Use MO-PP to MO-33 as an alternate route. The driver and a passenger have been transported for injuries. Updates to follow.

The left lane will remain open. Crews are working to remove the tractor trailer from the right lane and right shoulder. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

🚨Roadway Blocked - Clay County🚨 SB I-35 at Chouteau Trafficway is currently completely blocked due to a crash involving a tractor trailer. Avoid the area if possible. Use the exit at Vivion Road as an alternative route. Updates to follow.

🚧ROADWAY CLOSED🚧 Troopers are currently investigating a single vehicle crash, involving a tractor trailer, on SB I-29 at NW Gateway Avenue. SB I-29 is closed at this location and traffic is being diverted onto SB I-635. Avoid the area, and use an alternative route.

If you see this video making the rounds on social media, everyone is OK. One of our rescue boats capsized after the outboard motor became entangled with a submerged line. Two troopers immediately entered the water and safely self-rescued. No injuries were reported. Floodwater

🚨Fatal Crash - Jackson County🚨 Troopers are investigating a fatality crash on South Lefholz Road north of East McQuerry Rd. This is a single vehicle crash involving a cement truck. Lefholz Road is closed as emergency personnel process the scene. Avoid the area.

Preliminary information is as the cement truck was traveling SB on Lefholz Road, it traveled across the NB lane, and off the left side of the road. The truck then hit the utility pole, and overturned. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Emergency personnel have cleared from the scene. Utility workers remain to finish the repair of the broken utility pole. Lefholz Road is still partially blocked as this repair is completed. Further details regarding the crash will be available once the online report is published.
