HS guys-there is absolutely ZERO point to playing summer baseball in 90+ degree heat, 4 games in 2 days, if you are going to act like it’s the worst thing in the world for you to be doing. This isn’t for everyone. Play hard & compete or go to the pool.

Went a different route w senior “gift.” Printed off an extra line-up card before each game & saved it. Wrote each senior an individualized message about how they all impacted our program as young men and as players. Laminated them and gave them tonight at the banquet. #credo

I remember summer going into SR yr finishing 🏈 7/7 & going to 🇺🇸 ⚾️game, changing in 🚗 on the way. Playing summer league 🏀 game & heading right to 🏈 7/7. All summer long. Why? Bc I loved to compete, play & loved being w the boys. Being tired wasn’t an option.
