Do you know this child? Around 3:30am this child was found at (530 S Dobson). Appears to be around 2 yrs old wearing a black Mickey Mouse Shirt and dark shorts. About 30 pounds with short black hair. He is non-verbal. If you have any information please contact us at 480-644-2211.

We are heartbroken over the tragic and sudden death of one of our officers, Mitchell Winters. Mitch died over the weekend in what appears to be a suicide. Mitch honorably served his country in the US Marines for 4yrs prior to becoming a police officer and serving our community.

Tonight, two Phoenix police officers were shot while responding to a burglary call. Both officers are currently in the hospital, with one in critical condition. We stand with these officers and pray for their full recovery. @PhoenixPolice

Mesa resident Scott B. dropped off enough pulled pork & sides to feed all three shifts at the Fiesta District this past week. He spent all night on the smoker to ensure the officers were fed for Christmas. The food was delicious and a big hit with the officers. Thank you Scott!

We just came across this gentleman sitting out in the cold. He’s 90. One of our officers just brought him a coffee as @MesaFireDept arrives to check his health. We’re trying to provide resources to help him now. #mesatweetalong #keepaneyeonyourelders #helpingothers
