9 weeks on Reta. Down ~22 pounds. That was the goal so going to start titrating down and I’ll be completely out by 12 weeks.
Final thoughts as a Reta Guinea Pig:
Never took more than 2.5mg/week
Avg daily cal deficit was 500
I’ve tried long term caloric deficits “naturally”.
3 weeks on Reta. Down 10 pounds. Lifts only going up. Minimal sides (so far). This shit is the real deal.
