Arsenal have Havertz. If you add Rice it’s c.£170m. For the same price City have bought Kovacic, Haaland, Phillips, Akanji, Gomes & Perrone in the last year. Can’t deny City spend (the club won’t either) but the idea they solely distort the market & inflate transfers is wrong.
