Since I stopped playing 2k:
Mental health has been better
Earned a promotion at my job
Been in the gym 5x a week & lost 12 lbs
Social connections have increased
& I got my life back.
Iโll admit - that 2K grind was never worth losing parts of my life I wish I had back
