So I literally just found out you can get crazy discounts from Lowe’s if you order your materials all at once and send your quote to the sales guy I had a materials order for $6k sent it to the salesman and I ended up paying $4,300 I’ve literally been wasting thousands lol

Put a property under contract Friday with a seller that needed to close quick because they needed money Get a call yesterday “Hey did you sign a contract to buy 123 Main St?” Me: “Yes” Caller: “I own the property, he’s not the owner” This is a first for me
