We are devastated at the sudden loss this morning of our remarkable, accomplished, and wonderful teammate in 2017-18, @itsDae1k a 4x @SouthlandSports hurdles champion. She was completing work on her degree at NSU. #heartbroken
Our deepest condolences go out to the family of Chase Dennis, the Coffeyville Community College Track & Field program and to the Keller, Texas, community. Just days after Chase signed a letter of intent to be a Demon, he passed away in a swimming accident Saturday.

Hundreds gathered tonight at the Walter P. Ledet Track Complex to remember @itsDae1k, our wonderful teammate in 2017-18, 5x @SouthlandSports champion, 2x honorable mention All-American at NSU, and now, an instant legend, gone far too soon.
