A parent in the Birmingham LGBT row said that ‘homosexuality’ is a choice. I called his view ridiculous and dangerous. As if LGBT people being persecuted across the world chose their sexuality.People complained it was BBC bias. I make no apologies for calling out homophobia.

Our beautiful girl Misty went to sleep forever today. We knew it would be her last night. She was on her bed by the fire. It was a good death. She was nearly 14. Misty gave us unending joy and love. She gave us her daughter Maisie and was the most bewitching and beautiful little

On #InternationalWomensDay. Here’s my mum Sheila. My adoptive mum. My real mum. Without her and Dad I’d be nowhere. She served as a Radar Operator on D Day. Then she dedicated her life to social work. All she gave was love. And we miss her so much.

My best mate Graeme had to put Dizzy to sleep today. She was fourteen. He is absolutely broken. He held her as she went. She had the sweetest nature and was a beautiful girl. I told Graeme he gave her a wonderful life which he did and which as dog lovers is our duty. RIP

My Mum 95 in hospital at the moment. Nurse doing routine questionnaire. One of the questions - are you on recreational drugs? Mum “ If only”. 😂
