Honoured to be part of the #coronation with thousands of others who played their part. I'm very aware that our armed forces, police officers & others have been marching or standing for hours as part of the ceremony or to keep us all safe. In comparison, my job was rather easier.

I did not know what Jo’s fate would be, but I kept her letters and notes to me.

7 years ago today, on 16 June 2016, Jo Cox MP was tragically murdered in her constituency of Batley and Spen while on her way to meet constituents.
Jo’s murder was a personal tragedy for all those who knew and loved her.
