The Fifth Amendment stops the government from making you incriminate yourself, but it doesn't stop the rest of us from inferring that your lawyers think you would incriminate yourself if you talked, and thus you are likely guilty of criminal misconduct.
Just a reminder, whatever you think of Fauci, the 5th amendment is an important protection and you'd invoke it if you felt you needed to, even if you were innocent.
