Palestinians are treated as an inferiour race. Denied access to food and water. And yet no sanctions on Israel for its apartheid regime. Utter hypocrisy.

I was Down the Town worrying my new haircut was a bit severe when I saw Marian Keyes(local great Irish novelist),she smiled and I got slightly starstruck and smiled back. I thought of saying, “I hope you voted for me,what you think of my haircut” but was a bit shy and scurried on

Today #ICJ issued a damning ruling against Israel. As we continue to demand a permanent ceasefire be instated, governments in the US, UK and EU must stop arming Israel in the face of catastrophic and deadly humanitarian situation in Gaza. It is time to support the SA ICJ case

Ursula von der Leyen must go. As President of the EU Commission she has stood unconditionally behind the Israeli state as it engages in war crime after war crime. The genocide we are witnessing in Gaza has been enabled by the complicity of the EU, the US and Britain.

Coillte yday confirmed to me that they are selling off 39acres of public forest near Enniskerry for a paultry 250,000. This is a scandal. This is a public forest with a right of way, bronze age cooking pits and is part of our natural heritage. This privatisation must be stopped.
