There has been outrage over the case of Iryna Zarutska from Ukraine, slashed to death on a tram in North Carolina. Did you know about 17-year-old Katelynn Strate of Louisiana, shot to death unprovoked on the highway just four days later? How much more savagery will we tolerate?
