Every day I drive 20 minutes past cow fields and RV parks to work at a "rural" county hospital. @AlexBerenson just exposed that NY Presbyterian - in Manhattan’s Upper East Side - classifies itself as "rural" too, scamming Medicare for larger reimbursements. This is a travesty.
