Yes. Taxpayers are projected to spend $240B on junk food through SNAP over the next decade, including $60B on soda alone. Meanwhile, SNAP's payment error rate topped $10B last year, roughly 1 in every 10 dollars spent. This is simply unacceptable and needs serious reform.
