BART remains CLOSED until further notice. Seek alternate transportation options. Partner transit agencies are providing bus service throughout BART's service area including MUNI, AC Transit, VTA, Tri Delta, CCCTA, and WHEELS.
There is a major delay system wide in all directions. There is currently no Transbay Tube service to or from San Francisco due to a report of an earthquake. Please seek alternate means of transportation.

BEGINNING SEPT. 11TH WE WILL RUN TRAINS WITH FEWER CARS TO ENHANCE SAFETY, INCREASE PRESENCE OF POLICE, RETIRE UNRELIABLE OLD CARS, AND SAVE ENERGY COSTS. WE WILL ADD CARS BACK WHERE NEEDED AS RIDERSHIP RETURNS TO MAKE SURE TRAINS WILL NEVER BE TOO CROWDED.
