    Our teams have been working all evening to fix damage to the mains caused by a third party contractor. We're pleased to say that supplies will start to come back on throughout the night and we will have more updates early tomorrow. Here is a picture of our team hard at work..

    We are aware that customers in various post codes beginning with TR may be experiencing low pressure or a total loss of supply. We have engineers investigating and will update our customers when we have more information. Thank you.

    Hi @sallylepage, yes on occasions we use divining or dowsing rods to locate water mains however they are not accurate 100% of the time.

    UPDATE 23:45 - Exeter - The repair of the burst caused due to third party activity is now being completed. Water will be gradually restored throughout the network within the next 2 - 3 hours.

    🚧 In Your Area 🚧 UPDATE 22:00 - EX4 / EX2 / EX1 - Exeter - We have a team on site working to repair the damaged main which we estimate will take up to four hours. Water will be restored to all properties by tomorrow morning. Thank you for your continued patience at this time.

    UPDATE 20:40 - EX4 / EX2 / EX1 - Exeter - We are working to make the repair which we estimate will take up to six hours. We are attempting to keep as many people in water as we can until the repair is complete. Water will be restored to all properties by tomorrow morning.

    Hi Becca. The extent of the damage is significant and our engineers are working very hard, through the night, to repair the pipe and return water to our customers as soon as possible. We're expecting to have repairs completed by 2am.
