Absolutely - there are so many examples of @ZiaYusufUK whipping up hatred - here’s just one he threw at me. He has personally been a key driver of the further toxification of British politics since the last election.

Zia Yusuf is the very last person with a leg to stand on calling out people for creating ‘hostility’ - he’s been doing that on steroids 24/7 towards political opponents for the last two years since he left his membership of the Conservative Party in August 2024.

Former head of the British Army Sir Patrick Sanders becomes a Conservative peer - other than those who also became Chief of the Defence Staff, he is the 2nd Chief of the General Staff to be made a peer (after Lord Dannatt) since the role was renamed in 1964

Imagine after the Labour victory in 2024 believing that Keir Starmer would be out two years later and Kemi Badenoch’s star would be rising as much as it evidently is.

Diverging fortunes in leader approvals. Badenoch has positive net approval for the first time on +3, the first party leader to do so since summer 2024 & tying with Burnham. But Farage drops to his lowest approval since the election -24. Davey is -6, Polanski -19, Starmer -42.
