This morning, a crew made up of a Texas Game Warden helicopter, pilot & rescue swimmer & a Texas Dept. of Public Safety hoist operator conducted rescues in Uvalde Co. When it comes to protecting our fellow Texans, the patch we wear doesn’t matter—it’s the teamwork that counts.

A Flash Flood Emergency is in effect for southern Kendall County, including the City of Boerne. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION! Move to high ground if you are near Cibolo Creek or smaller tributaries. Turn Around, Don't Drown if you encounter a flooded roadway!

1215 PM CDT: Showers and thunderstorms are moving northward, with most of the activity across the eastern Hill Country and northern I-35 corridor. Very heavy rainfall and flash flooding are occurring in many locations. Turn around, don’t drown!
