Adani is charged with "bribing Indian Government officials $250 million"
He is not being charged in Indian judicial system.
But he is being charged by the American judicial system because by making such bribes he "defrauded" American investors in his company.
Let's make one thing clear
"EVM hacked" is a lazy term to describe any and all of the following
1. EVMs found in hands & vehicles of BJP workers
2. EVMs gone "missing"
3. EVM storage room CCTV camera suddenly "malfunctioning"
4. EVM "malfunctioning"
5. EVM & VVPAT mismatch
