This is the best single interview on #UKRAINE and #COVID I’ve seen. Economist Jeffrey Sachs and journalist Tucker Carlson’s interchange is crucial to understanding the miasma we’re living through. Our TV debates and interviews are surface only. Take your time. If you don’t have
Saturday, I sat through 3 hours of #Oppenheimer, gripped by Chris Nolan’s narrative. His screenplay is layered & fascinating. Familiar with the book by Kai Bird & Martin J. Sherwin, I once turned the project down because I couldn’t find my way to its essence. Nolan has found it.

I highly recommend this great interview between @ggreenwald and @TuckerCarlson on TCN, all 2 hours. Glenn is a national treasure who led the charge in breaking the @Snowden surveillance scandal of 2013. He was also vital in securing the freedom from prison of #Lula in Brazil to
With @Snowden in Moscow and #Lula in São Paulo on #SouthoftheBorder. Rarely do you meet people who’ve acted out in the big arena and won bittersweet victories, often at great cost.
As an infantryman in Vietnam, I saw war's horror on the ground. Apparently, @SenJohnMcCain, dropping bombs, was blind to it. Even having been a POW, he still grew into a crackpot who pushed war at every turn.
(3/4) Disconnect between us and #Russia is the most dangerous element in the world now. By rejecting any such info under the catch-all, guilt-denying misnomer of “Russian disinformation,” are we not allowing ourselves to be misled again, as in #Iraq, #Afghanistan, #Syria, etc.?
