Idk if you need to hear this but I need to say it. You saved your daughter the moment you got on that plane. Putting yourself first in this abusive relationship by leaving was putting HER above everyone. This takes STRENGTH and a good mother. 👏🏽👏🏽

I applaud this email. Im half black n my gf is white n she constantly worries about how society will treat me n we have a rule that if I get pulled over,I call her as soon as I stop the car. I can’t tell you how good it feels to have a partner who isn’t black support me like that
