Sul Simmers! We've noticed several players using the EA App to access The Sims 4 are unable to log in.

Today, we released a patch reenabling the loose tooth function in The Sims 4 #GrowingTogether. This patch also resolves the bug affecting the appearance of Sims’ eyes, teeth, & facial structure.

We are aware of & have seen the content circulating on Twitter regarding The Sims 4 Gallery uploads that are wholly unacceptable. In order to ensure we are enforcing the appropriate steps & consequences, please use the "Flag This " button on The Gallery to report these uploads.
On Tuesday, Oct 22, a big base game update is coming to #TheSims4. If you use game mods & custom content, you may want to remove and backup save files. This will also give creators time to update their content to prevent potential in-game issues.

An Update on the Face Bug:
We can confirm that following an upcoming fix, any Sims created prior to April 18th's update will revert back to normal & any Sims created after April 18th's update will have minor adjustments as a result of them being correctly rendered.

Today, a patch for The Sims 4 was released on PC/Mac to temporarily disable the "lose tooth" feature that caused unwanted changes to a Sim’s appearance.
We've provided a workaround for console users on AHQ & will continue to investigate reenabling the feature in a future update.

Today's update has several bug fixes, including fixes for infant food preferences & chefs not entering restaurants, as well as new underwear options, & new decorative spots for bathroom items & more.
