I so called havenโt worked out in 2 months according to @Killeyy__ , I challenge @KingSkyzah and him both 100$ by the end of next week to our rep me on these 70 pound dumb bells. Since I only weigh 145 and yโall both weigh 300+ pounds this should be easy for yโall. @RiccoPhinisee
Week 3 of deadlifting did 4 sets today, 185 for 6-8 and did 225 for 3, โbarley got that last rep inโ, but Iโm improving every week, wannna hit 300 pounds on my deadlift before 2k comes out, gota lock in!!! ๐ท๐ช๐ป๐๐ป

Couldnโt go to my regular gym today so just went to planet, there should be no excuses to not go to the gym, get off your ass and be great, and get huge. 2 weeks ago I tried doing these 60s and I couldnโt even do them for 1 rep, now I did them for a set of 6 with out a spotter!!!
Kinda crazy how I weighed 120 about a year ago and weigh 160 now, can bench 210-225, rep my body weight 10-12 times on a good day, deadlift 315 as my max, 225 for 10-12 reps, grind donโt stop, cutting in a few!!! Hopefully virus passes away and I can keep the grind up!!! @_oFAB
