Phinn Waters (‘26 TN) excellent tonight in his road start. Lived 86-89 w/ excellent carry. Got a bunch of whiffs @ the top of the zone. Shows feel to manipulate the breaker to both softly land it in the low 70’s & firm it up to get it back heel for whiffs. CH is adv. for the age.
