Yes, lifting a Cybertruck is possible. Doing it right is the hard part. Factory air suspension, steer-by-wire, rear wheel steering, ride height sensors, air spring clearance, and upper control arm travel all have to keep working together. That is why the UP INVINCIBLE 2.5"
