what the fuck a "AAA" game with seemingly no names behind it, no information, seemingly AI generated cats, no gameplay or details but coming to PC, Switch, and... Apple Watch? I hope someone does some more digging into this I'm dumbfounded how this got into the game awards

new rule: if you do not have the tech literacy to know what an emulator is or what it does shut the fuck up literally none of this is true and these screenshots do not imply anything of the sort. games work on emulators on or before launch day because they EMULATE the HARDWARE.

The Yuzu devs settled to avoid discovery. They were going to get fucked with multiple infringements for making roms and distributing them between the Yuzu devs, often pre-release of the game. They allegedly had a rom stash on their discord too. Nintendo ninjas were inside the

Rightsholders with good music administration teams are incentivized to offer licensing options, sync, placement, etc -- retaining multi-decade traction, visibility, and some affect of commercial viability are all boons. Want to build a career on other people's rights? Ask.

"Yuzu's patreon had exclusive builds, which is illegal!" Yuzu did have a patreon, making $30K a month. However, as determined by the ruling of Sony v. Bleem, selling an emulator commercially is completely legal. Also, Yuzu is open source, anyone could compile early builds.
