I’m an alcoholic. But 2 years ago, I took my last sip of alcohol. The last 6 months have been the hardest but I am so proud that I’ve stayed away for 2 whole years. At the height of my addiction, I was drinking 750ml of vodka daily. You can do it to. Lmk if I can help ❤️

I’ve been a smoker for the last 5+ years, and it’s been something I’ve tried multiple times to quit unsuccessfully. Today, I’m going on 4 weeks without a cigarette 🎉

Exactly 5 months ago today I smoked my last cigarette. I was a pack-a-day smoker then and thought it was an addiction I’d never break. On top of the health effects, it had ruined relationships, and led to some really bad times in my life. I’m so happy that’s all behind me now

Officially one year clean from cigarettes. Literally accepted it would eventually kill me but didn't think I'd ever be able to quit, but here we are. If you're a smoker and want to quit, there is hope. I promise.
